In addition to this blog, I’ve started developing a proper, professional portfolio website too (to be launched at the end of October/beginning of November). It’s gonne be AWESOME! 😉 Today I shot a promo video for this new En Route site and I cannot tell you how excited I am for the results! It will be a cool behind the scenes promo letting you peek into how I work on a bridal shoot.
To be honest… I’ve never would have thought that sooo much work goes into a one minute video! I’ve been planning this for months and the last details literally only came together in the last few days. I had to change locations, models, dates…. but hey, nothing worth having comes easy right?
After all the sweat and tears I’m excited and unbelievably proud of my team and what we’ve accomplished. It was so totally worth it! Bonnie Strange has been one of the coolest brides ever, while she is also one of the fiercest, cutest most beautiful girls I know. She has been a sweetheart agreeing to be my bride for this shoot. Eva Dieckhoff has put on some amazing makeup on both Bonnie and myself and acted as my third eye throughout the shoot. If you ever need make up or hair done in Berlin (or anywhere else for that matter ;)), she is your girl! Last but not least, I’m really happy to have had the pleasure of working with Xavier Agudo, videographer extraordinaire on this project. I cannot wait to see how it’ll all come together! I’ve been excited before today, but I’m even more excited now to see the finished product. I have to warn you though… I’ve decided to talk with a strange accent and put on a strange smile for the camera (I bet I’m the worst person on video in the world, any takers?)
Stay tuned for much more beautiful shots of Bonnie and an En Route website and video coming soon! It’s getting busy over here! 😉
