I had this preconceived notion of how Ireland will look like and I must admit I have underestimated the beauty of it. Dublin really is like a postcard surrounded by lush green forrests, rocky mountaintops, fluffy clouds and cold winds. For this section of our photoweekend we’ve climbed up to a beautiful mountaintop and I’ve experienced some of the most breathtaking views ever. It left me speechless and I still have a hard time explaining how beautiful it really was so I just let the pictures speak for themselves! 😉
Archives for September 2011
Enjoy part two of my images featuring my favorite Russian couple Olya & Dennis! What can I say… my camera loves them to pieces! (see part one here)
Olya is one of those girls who feels like one of your best friends after just a couple of emails. In her first email she explained to me that she is from St. Petersburg, Russia, that she is getting ready to marry her best friend and love of her life Dennis this fall, and how she’d love to suprise him with a photoshoot in Budapest! Dennis and Olya will have a very small wedding with only close family & friends and as they will not have a photographer on the day, she wanted to have some images taken on their pre-honeymoon in Budapest to capture their love and this very exciting time in their lives. The day of the shoot came and we showed up all excited in the Buda castle. After sipping some iced lattes and hot teas we ventured out to discover the hidden gems the location had to offer. (and boy there were many! ;)) They moved like pros in front of the camera and I’m so grateful to have been able to share this special experience with them. We captured so many beautiful images that I decided to break the session up to two blog posts, the second part is coming soon too! 😉
Olya, Dennis, you are the cutest couple ever and I wish you all the happiness in the world, enjoy your wedding next week! 😉
I still have a ton of pictures to show you from Livi & Ale´s family session from Dublin, but these intimate, all white candids shot in their home are probably some of my favorites! I still have a harbour shoot, a mountaintop shoot and some giggly Sebastian shoots in the works but these images are the perfect proof to me that sometimes less is more. LOVE! They are such a beautiful little family and I´m so honored to have been able to spend so much time with them!
I adore the faces Sebastian made while cuddling with mommy! 😉
Father & son… so peaceful and calm!
