Remember adorable 6 weeks old baby Sebastian and his beautiful family from Dublin? Sebastian is a real multinational baby! With a half German, half Hungarian mommy and with a daddy from Chile he is scheduled to become an international heartbreaker, no doubt about it! Watch out world! Sebastian’s coming! 😉

I could hardly hold myself back from posting these pictures sooner, but as Hajni and I conducted a super top secret operation I had to behave. 😉 The 7 month pregnant, gorgeous momma to be wanted to surprise his husband with maternity pictures for his birthday, shot at their favorite location on the Szentendre island, close to Budapest. This little island/beach on the Danube river is one of their favorite spots, this is where they got married and it’s very close to where they are building their dream house as well. Hajni was a real pro in front of my camera and she even brought a lot of different outfits and accessories to play with. (like wedding pictures with her husband, yeyyyy)
Hajni told me that she managed to surprise his husband big time, who said that one of his dreams came true with these shots! I guess that’s a compliment every photographer wants to hear! 😉
Thank you Hajni for allowing me to capture this very special time in your life and I’m really glad I could be part of such a wonderful surprise!
When Peti and Ani showed up for a job interview, they wouldn’t have imagined how much their lives were about to change. Peti got the job, but Ani received the best consolation prize anyone could ever get, Peti! I met the surgeon couple last year on our vacation in Egypt and I instantly knew…. they are one of those couples that when they enter the room you just have to swoon…. they are clearly made for each other. I was ecstatic to hear the news that they got engaged and I wish them all the happiness in the world! I cannot wait to photograph their big fat Hungarian wedding next summer! 🙂
For the second part of our session with this adorable family, we’ve went out to Laxemberg (close to Vienna), which used to be the summer residence of the ceasars of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy. The beautiful park of the propertity proved to be a great backdrop, while the falling leaves have made sure that we had adequate props to play with. By this time the kiddos started to get a bit tired (they did not respond that well to me trying to bribe them with candies ;)) but I think we still managed to capture some beautiful family shots. 😉 Vienna is such a wonderful place to take pictures, I hope I’ll be back soon! Thanks Lisann and Dani for inviting me! It was a lot of fun spending the day together!
I think in general I’m very lucky. I have to fight hard for things but when I do, the stars always seems to aline and pull out something amazing. It was certainly the case with my En Route video shoot and the bridal shoot I organised for it. After having to change the date of the shoot more times than I can count, having to change locations and find a new model after my previous two has cancelled the day of the shoot has finally come and I found the perfect location (a gorgeous rooftop overlooking the whole of Berlin) the perfect model and the perfect hair and makeup! The normally grey and rainy fall weather has also decided to give me a break and the day of the shoot was one of the nicest days in Berlin I can remember, with a dreamy sunset and beautiful light. Bonnie, who is a bride herself and is soon going to get married, is a real pro in front of the camera and even brought her own, vintage wedding dress to the shoot. Thank you Bonnie for being awesome, thank you Eva for the beautiful make up and thank you Anne Wolf for the gorgeous veil. I felt like I jumped on a time maschine and landed right back in the 80’s. Cannot wait to show you how it all went down in my soon to launch video! 😉
