How many of you had fitness related new year resolutions??? I sure did
(like every year) . I´ve been an active gym-goer since I was 14, I really enjoy spinning, boxing and weight lifting classes, but this year I have a new mountain to climb… I´ve decided to take up running! I´ve always always hated to run and have been jealous of people who enjoy it, but I do like the idea of running and I wish I could just get lost with my thoughts doing laps in a park or on a threadmill, so I´ve decided to do something about it! I remember the first time I went to spinning class… I almost died and fallen off the bike several times, so I kinda made a pact with myself never to return to spin class but years later something clicked and now I´m a huge spin fan! I went for my first run on the 1st of Jan and guess what… it wasn´t horrible… than yesterday I ran a bit more… I survived… and today… well I´m off to the gym my friends! 😉 Make yourself strong, make yourself fit, make yourself proud, make yourself shine! 😉
