Yesterday I attended the Wedding Fashion Night in Barcelona and came away with a few new shoot ideas and a bag full of business cards of companies I’ll need to check out. The location was stunning, the MEAM (Museu Europeu d’Art Modern) provided the perfect backdrop for the arrangements but I must admit I often got sidetracked and paid more attention to the art in the room than the actual providers. The concept of WFN is to just show one provider from each industry segment, however for my purposes I’d have liked to see more options, more companies, more fresh new ideas…. (and where were the cakes??? OR someone actually serving from that ice cream truck??? OK, nough food talk). The highlight for me was the beautiful flower arrangements of Gang and the Wool, a company that I’m looking forward to working with in the future!
Overall it was a nice afternoon and I’ll probably be back next year. Here are a few peeks from the event itself. Enjoy!
I’m beyond excited to share a few sneak peeks from a wedding I was fortunate enough to second shoot with Happines in Lleida. It was my very first wedding in Spain and I was glad to shoot it next to such a fun and professional photographer as Ines (see her blog post about the wedding here). I cannot wait to share the rest of this awesome wedding which took place in a beautiful winery an hour outside of Barcelona, complete with a Beatles (imitators of couse ) concert and a gorgeous gorgeous couple! Silvia, Alvaro I wish you all the happines in the world and I hope you’ll have a blast on your honeymoon in China! To be continued…
