Some shoots develop organically and get planned and organised without a flaw. My gypsy bridal shoot is NOT one of those… I’ve been planning this shoot for months and months and after various reschedules and issues I’m finally happy to say that I’m shooting this story today! and may I say… some things are worth waiting for!
I have a fabulous team that I’m excited to work with, the perfect model, wedding dresses and accessories to die for from some of my favorite designers and some props that fit the theme perfectly. I’ll be hiding away in the forest working on one of my most exciting shoots to date today, so wish me luck. Sneak peek coming verrrrry soon!

Poppy Field Inspiration Board

This week is shaping up to be one of the busiest of 2012 so far! I’m immersed in editing, album designing and shoot organizing! I have four amazing sessions this week and I’m beyond excited for each and every one of them, they are all gonna be very unique and different so whatch this space for many many new images to come!
I thought I’d share with you one of my inspiration boards for one of my day after wedding shoots for this week! We’ve been patiently waiting with Tania for the poppies to bloom and it’s finally time to get down and dirty on the fields!
I hope you’re having an equally exciting week ahead!
Boho Wedding Inspiration
Being the big pinner I am, I’m constantly inspired and full of new ideas for styled wedding shoots. One of the ideas I’m playing with for February is to organize a styled bridal shoot in Barcelona. I know that the hippie boho trend is big right now and not the most original of ideas, but being the flower child I am, I’d still love to create my own take of this beautiful topic. Sunset on the beach, lens flare, a guitar, boho accessories, flower crowns…. yes yes yes! Organizing a shoot like that is much more work than you’d think though… you need to find the right model, the right dress, the fitting props, a great hair& makeup artist, a stylist, a good location…etc. But its all worth it once I have the final product in my camera! If you’re looking for new ideas I suggest you start using Pinterest if you don’t already and don’t be afraid to reach out to vendors who share similar visions to yours! Can’t wait to see this shoot come to life and share the images with you all!
HAPPY WEEKEND!

Parisienne Engagement Session | Inspiration Board
A while ago I’ve explained my photoshoot theme process, starting with an inspiration board (see post here), but it’s been a while since I posted an actual board. In reality I normally have custom folders in Pinterest but don’t always put them together as cohesive collages!
My first engagement session in Paris went fabulously and I loved using these pictures for inspiration and location scouting! Cannot wait to share the final images with you tomorrow, and until then “A Bientot”!
