There are weddings and weddings and I love that each of them is different…. I spend one saturday in a 200 people castle extravaganza while the next one with just two people on a cliff vowing each other everlasting love….. I love LOVE as cheesy as it may sound and that’s why wedding photography and me are a match made in heaven.
There is one major difficulty in my job though…. no you probably didn’t guess it… it’s photographing through my tears :)))) As a hopeless romantic who cries on every romcom ever made it’s a challenge for me to hold my tears back on ceremonies and I am not ashamed to admit that often times I don’t succeed. But if there is ever a wedding collection proving that I can indeed photograph through my tears is this one… I would say that I had goosebumps for about 60% of the whole day and cried at least for 15% of it… not only the love between Megan and Dave touched me so deeply but the scent of true family love that filled the air on this absolutely perfect May afternoon… oh and did I mention it was a week before my due date so I photographed the whole thing with the biggest belly you ever have seen? (so yes, hormones have not helped with the crying either)
Anyway I am not going to ramble much longer than extending my biggest virtual hugs to Megan & Dave and wishing them a wonderful belated one year anniversary… and furthermore hugging strongly the A team that has made this day possible…… Elaine & Lauren (A Spanish Do) for being the bomb, Miriam (Kiss&Chips) for being my right hand on the day, Marie (Paradiso) for the gorge flowers, Mariana, Dani & Sensacions for everything else. Truly madly deeply LOVED this wedding…..
