I was ecstatic when Marine and Nicolas, my uber-stylish French couple has contacted me about photographing their wedding in the W Barcelona, right here, literally at my doorstep! (I live 5 minutes from the W… walking! :)) Their Great Gatsby inspired day was filled with dreamy details including not one but two pair of Louboutins (!), lots of happy tears, laughter and mad dancing skills! They flew in Ismael Kuide, star saxophonist all the way from Switzerland to entertain the wedding party, while their priest showed off some jaw dropping singing (and rapping!) skills on the dancefloor. A definite first for me! 🙂
One of the memories I’ll never forget from this wedding is when Marine’s dad first laid eyes on his beautiful daughter as a bride… tears were flowing, hugs were plenty and I felt truly blessed to have witnessed and documented such a special moment. Its times like these that reassure me that there is nothing I’d rather do in this whole wide world than photograph people in love on the best day of their lives! 🙂 And let me tell you…. these two are in love biiiig time and bright up in the presence of the other!
Without further ado… may I present you the new Mr & Mrs….
