This probably will not come as a surprise but most photographers, including me, much prefer being behind the camera than in front of it. When Syl took a few pics of me in Italy I wasn’t even sure if I wanted to share them, but than I realized I had to! I couldn’t preach be proud of who you are and rock it out in front of my camera (and the whole world) if I wouldn’t be willing to do same, could I? So a bit shyly but here are a few images of me… I must admit (or rather whisper), I’ve never felt prettier than on these pictures and these will be amazing memories from this dreamy period of my life when things just seem to fall in place. It’s not all rainbows and unicorns, but it’s life and I try to make the best of it! Positive things happen to positive people, right? 😉
Let me just put a quick note to all my clients here… you guys are amazing! The way you smile, interact and have fun in front of my camera is something I have difficulties doing myself… I have the typical cheese smile and that’s prettttty much it. Thank you for being amazing over and over again. It’s hard job being the “model” but I promise I’ll try my best over and over again to make you laugh and feel comfortable. 😉

Gaby you look lovely, you are beautiful, and still you feel the shyness and discomfort of being photograph. Yes it does help us sympathise with our clients. I guess what we aim for is to show them the beauty we see in them so they can see themselves through our eyes, in the same way Syl’s shown you your beauty. Enjoy it!
I’m not a professional photographer but I feel the same way. These photographs, candids (the good ones) always capture the true person. Syl did a fantastic job capturing that!
